Inclusive Economy for Immigrants

Overview

About one in ten Georgians are foreign-born, and despite Georgia’s unwelcoming policies, many immigrants continue to call Georgia home. Immigrants are our neighbors, friends and family members. They play a key role in Georgia’s economy, yet state and federal policies exclude them and create barriers to economic opportunity for immigrants in our state. By promoting welcoming and inclusive policies for immigrants, we will enrich our state and boost economic outcomes for all Georgians.
